Going forward in today’s movement building in many aspects involves looking into the past and learning from the many lessons that they offer. The recent celebration of Mississippi Freedom Summer 50th Anniversary which was held in Mississippi, through the many participants has served to bring many of those lessons to the forefront.
In this show Eric Mann takes call-ins from the listeners and discusses the various aspects of not only the civil rights movement, but also the broad spectrum of nation and movement building among nationally oppressed people.
