Barbara Lott Holland and Zachary Norris on Juvenile Injustice

Barbara Lott Holland, organizer with the Community Rights Campaign of Los Angeles, and Zachary Norris, Co-Director of Justice for Families, discuss their new report called “Families Unlocking Futures: Solutions to the Crisis in Juvenile Justice“.

Barbara Lott Holland is an organizer with the Los Angeles Bus Riders Union and the Community Rights Campaign. Barbara directed the Los Angeles research work that The Community Rights campaign helped do for the report. She and organizers conducted 100 of the report’s surveys.

Zachary Norris, Co-Director of Justice for Families based in Oakland, California. Zachary is an attorney, a Soros Justice Fellow, and was the director of Books Not Bars, a campaign of the Ella Baker Center for Human Rights through which Zach worked to build California’s first statewide network for families of incarcerated youth.
