Hollis Watkins, chair of the Mississippi Freedom Summer Conference is a Civil Rights veteran who has been in the struggle for Civil Rights since the 1960’s.
In this interview Watkins tells a dynamic and captivating recollection of the Civil Rights movement and the role that he and others were involved in challenging and changing the political landscape of Mississippi and the south.
