The Struggle for Ethnic Studies in Los Angeles Unified School District

On November 18th, 2014, the LAUSD (Los Angeles Unified School District) will be voting on a resolution which will make Ethnic Studies a graduation requirement for Los Angeles High School Students. On this show Manuel Criollo of the Community Rights Campaign and Jose Lara of Ethnic Studies Now, discuss the importance and significance of teaching Ethnic Studies in the high schools.
