The 26th Pan African Film and Arts Festival W/ Ayuko Babu Nana Gyamfi, Eric Mann & The Strategy Center on the Stop MTA Genocide Against the Black Nation Campaign

This year marks the 26th Annual Pan African Film & Arts Festival. Ayuko Babu, Director of the festival will join Eric Mann and Channing Martinez this important conversation on Black Film, Black Filmakers, and You. The Festival runs from February 8-19 2018, and will take place at the Bladwin Hills Crenshaw Cinemark Theater. For more information visit www.paff.org

Last week on the Metro Redline MacArthur Park Station Bethany Nava was forcebly pulled off a train by a Metro contracted LAPD officer. Selena Lechuga, another passenger on the train saw this incident and decided to ask the officer to stop this incident of police misconduct.

In the second half of the show we’ll hear from Nana Gyamfi, Selena Lechuga’s attorney. Selena Lechuga is now working with the Strategy Center on the Stop MTA Genocide Against the Black Nation Campaign.
